Festive Egg Squares

Ingredients:
1 lb. sausage, cooked, drained
12 Eggs
4 oz. Mushrooms, sliced
1 cup milk or cream
1/2 cup chopped green onions
1 1/2 tsp. salt
2 med. tomatoes, chopped or (½ Large
Jar Medium Chunky Salsa)
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 tsp. oregano
1 1/4 cup Bisquick
Layer sausage, mushrooms, green
onions, tomatoes and cheese in greased 9"X13"X2"
baking dish. Beat together remaining
ingredients and pour over layers. Bake at 350°, 60
minutes or until golden brown. 12 servings. May be
prepared the night before and baked the next
morning.
Serve with side dishes of salsa and
sour cream
