10 Fitch is a romantic, luxury Bed and Breakfast Inn conveniently located in the Finger Lakes Region just minutes from the beautiful village of Skaneateles and the wineries. Each of our 3 unique and lavish guest suites, two with fireplaces and tubs as well as walk in rain showers, include an elegant bedroom with decadently dressed queen bed, separate sitting room, and private bath. Equestrian & Gardenview suites share a guest refrigerator stocked with bottled water and soda, a snack station and DVD movie library while English Garden Suite enjoys it's own. All three suites are equipped with iPod/MP3 docking station-clock radios.

Our beautiful, large, back yard and gardens with waterfall and fountain as well as outdoor patio and deck, library, sunroom, living room and dining room all serve as intimate areas for our guests to explore and enjoy.

A gourmet breakfast is served between 9-10 AM on a MacKenzie Childs adorned, antique mahogany table or, weather permitting, on the patio & deck. Along with fresh seasonal fruit, yogurt & granola or a fresh breakfast smoothie some of our main dishes that you might enjoy are Eggs Benedict, Apple & Walnut Stuffed Crepes, Fluffy Chile Egg Puff or Belgian Waffles & Blueberry Sausage.

Some popular activities include winery tours and tasting, touring MacKenzie-Childs shop and farmhouse, shopping at the outlets in Waterloo, visiting the many historic sites in Auburn, exploring the lakes, state parks and waterfalls of the region, indulging in a relaxing in suite couples massage, romantic in suite picnic dinners.
