Bedford Village Inn was once the site of a working farm built in 1810. Through a multi-million dollar restoration, the original residence became the home of our nationally acclaimed Four Diamond restaurant. Here are just a morsel or two to anticipate from the kitchens of the Bedford Village Inn: Sautéed double–breaded goat cheese, crispy on the outside, warm in the middle, stuffed with sweet apricots and pine nuts then drizzled with balsamic vinegar and nestled in Mesclun greens with fresh herbs. Then, for an unusual nutty flavor for a main course, savory grain remaining from the beer brewing process makes a specialty dumpling smothered with fresh prawn or lobster. Or perhaps a crisp seared duck brushed with an aged glaze of rum, vanilla beans, molasses and brown sugar.
