Our Property:
We are just north of San Pedro, on a great white sandy beach with lounges and hammocks and lush tropical vegetation. You can swim in the Caribbean or in our world-class, fresh-water swimming pool with a lap area, submerged lounges, a hot tub and swim-up/sit-down pool bar. We have bicycles and kayaks; a beach volleyball court; a first-class private tennis court; a private dock w/activities center, for guest pickups by guides; a gift shop; WI-FI internet access on site; laundry facilities, both valet and coin-operated; and a knowledgeable on-site staff to arrange all of your excursions, including Mayan ruins explorations, cave tubing, fishing, snorkeling and day or night dive trips, right from our dock, with experienced, certified, caring and fun dive masters. A restaurant? You bet. Golf carts available on site? Yes. Easy access to San Pedro? Water taxis and a regularly scheduled ferry take our guests back and forth to San Pedro all day -- a fun, picturesque 15-minute cruise along the shorefront.

Our Accommodations:
Think flexibility. Each of our 12 on-the-beach buildings, all positioned to capture dramatic Caribbean views, houses two beach-level and two upper-level (loft) units. Units are spacious, have fully-equipped kitchens, central a/c and ceiling fans, and are tastefully furnished, including all linens. They have phones and safe deposit boxes. Beach-level units provide 800 square feet of living space, have a queen-sized bed in the bedroom and a comfortable, full-sized sleeper couch in the living room. Loft units, 950 square feet of living space, add a sleeper couch on the loft; kids especially love to be up there. We can also connect upper and lower units via an interior door and staircase, an up/down townhouse arrangement providing both easy sociability and privacy for families or couples traveling together. All of our units also have private terraces facing the sea, satellite TV, and there is maid service every day except Sunday.
