Designed as corporate apartments, the in-unit office areas include a computer with MS Office, high-speed cable Internet access, scanner, black-and-white laser printer, photocopier, CD writer, and fax machine. The smaller unit has a color inkjet printer and a conference room that seats four and is equipped with an overhead projector and a wall-mounted television with computer hook-up. 

We also tend to your personal comfort. Each apartment has a private two-person Jacuzzi and steam room (robes and slippers provided). Entertainment consists of premium cable TV, VCR with a library of movies, DVD player, stereo, and CD player can be enjoyed either in front of the fireplace or in bed. During nice weather enjoy the deck and private garden.

For breakfast, help yourself to the variety of coffees, teas, juices, muffins, bagels, cereals, fruit, yogurt, cream cheese, and other fixings. Other amenities include washer and dryer, built in ironing board, and shoe shining equipment.

The neighborhood offers a broad range of restaurants, theaters, bars, and live music. Kingston Mines, Chicago Blue, Briar Street Theater, Lincoln Park, Lake Michigan, and the beach are within walking distance.
