America and offers 45 meeting rooms with 200,000 sq. ft.
of space. Grand Ballroom can be divided into seven
function rooms. All meeting rooms have multiple outlets,
individual sound, temperature controls and separate
entrances. Exhibits – Summit Pavilion accommodates 300
8’x10’ booths. The Nevada Conference and Exhibit Center
offers 11 break-outs and can accommodate 194 8’x10’
booths. Silver State Pavilion accommodates 240 8’x10’
booths. Also, at no charge to you when using in-house AV
dept you will receive one podium and/or microphone per
room, portable stages, blackboards, cork & flannel
boards and lobby boards. Our AV dept offers extensive
state-of-the-art equipment available upon request for an
additional charge.
