This quiet 1872, 7500 sq.ft. Victorian mansion is an oasis of calm, providing an elegant, yet relaxed setting for adults in search of a tranquil getaway. The house sits majestically atop the west hill of Owen Sound, overlooking the historic port city below.
The spacious, beautifully-decorated guest rooms feature comfortable queen beds and ensuite bath, and most have an ensuite fireplace. The Library with hundreds of books, and the Music room with its 1902 Grand Piano and Victorian pump organ, invite guests to relax with a good book by the fire. A full gourmet breakfast is served by yet another fireplace in the elegant dining room. Whether you need a romantic evening with your special person, a respite from a hard day of doing business, or simply a couple of days' R&R, you will find it in this wonderful old house, with its antiques, stained glass, and no-smoking atmosphere.
