Dinning: Our guests rave about the fabulous breakfasts
here at the Inn. We employ a professional cooking staff and
serve their morning creations from 8:00 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. While
the unusual menus change daily some things never do: no matter
what we serve, it’s made from the freshest ingredients possible
and almost always from "scratch". And no one leaves hungry! One
of our fall fruit specialties is Walnut Baked Apples with Brandy
Cream. A couple of our favorite pastries are Spinach Ricotta
Puffs and Banana Blueberry Muffins. The Gingerbread Waffles with
Butter Maple Syrup and the Eggs Baked in Tomatoes with a Basil
Cream Sauce are some of the most popular entrees.
Be sure to come back at 5:00 p.m. for the complimentary
afternoon hors d’oeuvres.
