The Mainstay
Bed & Breakfast
is a charming Hamptons bed and breakfast restored
guesthouse in the heart of famous, exquisite Southampton
Village. The house is situated on a private acre on
historic Hill Street within walking and biking distance
of ocean beaches, the bay, and shopping. All rooms are
individually furnished with antique iron beds, country
pine and Southampton treasures. Most of our rooms have
windows overlooking the gardens or historical,
tree-lined Hill Street in Southampton. Bathrooms are
furnished with claw-foot tubs and vintage linens.
