Florida Couples Retreat Offers Yoga, Stress Relief and Pain Management Workshops
Spend a weekend at the beach and let it infuse your relationship with tranquility, beauty and pleasure. The Couples Retreat will be held on October 1-3, 2010 at the Laughing Lizard Bed and Breakfast in Indian Rocks Beach, Florida.
Workshop Facilitators:
Val Spies, owner of the Lotus Room and Lotus Pond Studios in Tampa, is a yoga teacher (RYT500) who specializes in stress relief and the psychological quests for joy through the practice of yoga and breathwork. She has been leading workshops, travel tours and training sessions for yoga groups and corporate enterprises for over 15 years.

Dr. John Gianoli, MD, has a private practice in St. Petersburg, specializing in pain management and back issues. Through the healing practice of yoga, he offers asanas and holistic knowledge as an alternative path for patients. Dr. Gianoi is also a Kundalini Yoga Teacher (RYT200), offering expertise in teaching breathwork and tantric techniques.
