Azalea Falls Lodge
1000 Places to See in the United States
and Canada Before You Die,
Staying at Azalea Falls Lodge is “like
staying in a wonderful treehouse” that “overlooks an enchanted hollow.”
Two beautiful but seasonal waterfalls have carved out this hollow over the ages,
leaving a pristine and primordial area filled with rock houses, sheer cliffs and
abundant wildlife. Azalea Falls Lodge is an elegant, yet comfortable
vacation home in the style of Frank Lloyd Wright. Built of rock, glass and
redwood, filled with artwork and antiques, the lodge is naturally blended into
the 150 surrounding acres and overlooks an 85 foot waterfall. Located near
the upper Buffalo National River, the home is rented in its entirety and offers
3 bedrooms, 3 baths, 3 sleeper sofas, 2 large stone fireplaces, full
kitchen, oversized Jacuzzi and 3000 sf of decks and patios.
Or for a smaller version, opt for Azalea Falls Cabin, a luxurious chalet styled
log home with all the amenities of the lodge but on a smaller scale.
The cozy 1700 sf log cabin has 3 bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths, 3 sleeper sofas, fully
furnished kitchen, stone fireplace, Jacuzzi tub and 1000 sf of decks and patios.
Azalea Falls has also added a new home, Beauty Lodge Bed and Breakfast, with 3
beautiful bedrooms, an elegant dining room, 2 large sitting areas, wraparound
deck and a propane grill for the use of our guests. Each room has a flat
screen TV, whirlpool tub, a small refrigerator, microwave, and a coffeemaker
with a selection of coffees and teas. Beauty Lodge is filled with
antiques, books and artwork from local artists as well as paintings, sculptures
and decorative arts from around the world.
Naturally blended into the beautiful Ozark Mountains, Azalea Falls Lodge, Azalea
Falls Cabin and Beauty Lodge B&B are very private, naturals for small weddings,
honeymoons, anniversary celebrations, family reunions and church or business
retreats. The three homes may be rented separately or together for larger
groups. There is a one mile hiking loop on the property, fire pits and a
catch-and-release fishing pond. Outdoor activities for the area include
hiking, rock climbing, canoeing (March through mid June), horseback riding,
fishing, elk and bird watching or just relaxing. Many visitors enjoy
browsing through our large selection of books, searching for antiques and local
crafts, visiting nearby public caves or meeting local artists. Eureka
Springs, great for shopping and restaurants, is 45 minutes from Azalea Falls,
Fayetteville (home of the University of Arkansas) is 1 hour away, Branson and
Silver Dollar City are just 75 minutes away.
Azalea Falls Lodge offers a beautiful, natural setting for small outdoor
weddings, receptions, family reunions, corporate or church retreats with a large
deck area overlooking an 85 foot seasonal waterfall. For business
meetings, Azalea Falls offers two large meeting rooms and lots of deck area,
with lodging for up to 32 people. All homes include satellite TV, DVD
players, VCRs and internet access. Discounted packages are available for
large groups, for extended stays and for off-season visits during the months of

Azalea Falls Lodge, guests get the best of both rusticity and refinement..
Whether you choose to stay indoors and relax or wander the land, one thing is
certain: Luxury in the woods isn't a far-fetched notion here. It's a way of
life" November 2004 issue Southern Living Magazine.
